Screening Positive Cash Flow Investments
I live on Vancouver Island and am new to investing in positive cash flow properties. I have a modest amount of money to invest and have discovered that the property values on Vancouver Island are too high to allow for a positive cash flow once mortgage payments have been factored into the expenses. I would like to have the option of investing in other regions of Canada that still have the potential for a positive cash flow and that are growing, thriving communities. I am looking for a reputable firm or organization of realtors that screen potential income properties throughout Canada and find ones that are in good repair, in good neighbourhoods with long term, financially stable tenants. If these firms also provide a good quality property management option, all the better. Can you recommend some quality, reputable firms that screen and narrow down potential income properties for individual investors?
