Canadian Property Mortgages for EU Citizens and Companies?

Hello. I would like a list of all banks that issue property mortgages for EU citizens and companies. I don't know if it's possible for a EU citizen/company to buy property in Canada (Nova Scotia), but I would like to know.
I'm looking at a property of woodland, not a house, and the price is in the range of $CAN 110000. I don't know the taxes and fees involved but I have heard there are sales fees to the gov and others?
Any info would be welcomed.
