Better area = better clients?
Thanks for all the info, I love it.
I currently have 5 rental properties, mostly condos but I am very interested in your system.
1. I am curious as to your idea of finding a better home and a better type of prospect with a more stable job.
Why would this type of a person not just go buy a house himself instead of thru me?
2. After the 2 years is up and they buy the house from me they would have to get a mortgage from the bank to do so. If they could do that after the 2 years why woudln't they do that to begin with?
3. Now that all of my investments are in a holdings company, the bank will not let me put 5% down anymore. It's always 15 - 25%. I would like to hear your strategy of 5% and How I would do that?
