Selling Investment Property

I have a condo in Mississauga that I would like to sell before closing.

What is the best and quickest way to sell without putting on the MLS listing?

Are there great papers to advertise in. I would like to try to sell this investment property on my own first.

Any valuable information about selling this investment property would be greatly appreciated!
