Investment Properties

I am interested in the investment property business but I don't have enough money at this point to do it myself (Just bought a house last year). I don't want to involve family or friends so how do I find a partner or group of partners?

Hello,

Thanks for the question.

You'll need to start going out and meeting people. Perhaps there are real estate networking groups in your area that you can check out?

Then find an investor who could use some help and offer to do odds and ends for them so that you can learn the business.

Without money and without experience it's tough to get started. So you want to get one of the two. And in your case it would seem that you want to build up some experience so that people with money feel comfortable doing a joint venture with you.

Don't rush this, take your time, learn the ropes and opportunities will pop up.

Tom.
