Hi,

I am searching for real estate investing companies or as such that purchase homes fast, without going through realtors due to needing to re-locate to British Columbia soon.

I currently have a home in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta and have been endlessly searching for this.

Could you please provide me with information or contacts that could help me with this.

Hi Billie,

I wish we had the answer for you. Most of the "fast" services have very strict criteria that they're looking for... like buying your property for well under market value. And if that's what you are after then throw up an ad on Kijiji.ca and you'll get a ton of response.

Other than that Realtors can be useful.

I know that's not the answer you were hoping for! Wish we had more to offer on this one,
