Hey Guys,

I have to say that your newsletter, website and free book are all great, and definitely ideas that i am really interested in.

The only problem is that you guys base a lot of your stuff in Toronto and I live in Vancouver. Is there anyway to get more information about Vancouver, i.e. accountants, brokers, mls searches, etc. that are based on lease to own in the vancouver area?

I was thinking of joining the Rock Star Inner Circle but am thinking that it will probably do me no good living over here.

Or is there any way that i can set up a personal coaching deal with you guys?

I am 31, single and have two condos in vancouver and a lot of equity in both, along with other investments, pension, etc. but am wanting to get a lot more serious in real estate and am looking for the freedom now!!

Thanks for the questions!

The Rock Star Inner Circle (http://www.YourRockStarLife.com) will give you the principles and specific strategies we've been using. It will also give you links to specific resources like the Statistics Canada Community analysis pages (for checking things like population growth, income etc...).

And when you sign up you can reply to the emails and ask us for Vanouver specific contacts. We have contacts out that way that can point you in the right direction if necessary. We know mortgage brokers and agents who deal exclusively with investors out that way.
